Terms & Conditions
All TAT (Turnaround times) are listed within the description of each individual product. Turnaround times VARY depending on the product, time of year, etc. Please be sure to READ each turnaround time for each product you're adding to your cart.
Turnaround time is how long it takes between when the preorder closes, and when the item is shipped to you. This ONLY includes business days (Monday-Friday). Not Saturdays, not Sundays, and not any federal holidays. Turnaround times do NOT start once you have placed your order (i.e., if you place your order on Monday when the preorder first opens, your turnaround time will NOT START until the Sunday after the preorder closes.) The time in between when you place your order and when the preorder closes is NOT included in your turnaround time.
If there is an issue with your turnaround time, or we are not able to meet the stated turnaround time, we will contact you immediately with options on what to do with your order.Â

Refunds will NOT be given if your order is still within the stated TAT window. If your order falls out of the TAT window, refunds are an option, otherwise you are agreeing to the TAT when reading these terms & conditions and placing your order.
